We need a Retention and Hiring Coordinator to join our team at Carespring Health Care Management in Loveland, OH.
$17 - $22 Per Hour (STNA)
$27.50 - $31.00 Per Hour (LPN)
$32 - $38 Per Hour (RN)
You’ll oversee the recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and orientation of all new team members in nursing and other departments. You’ll also focus on staff retention and promoting good team member morale as you work closely with the Staffing Coordinator on open schedules.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Recruiting & Orientation of new team members
- Notifying the DON, ADON, potentially the LNHA & Corporate Recruiter of trends that indicate an increase in turnover rates and challenged morale
- Overseeing applicant tracking systems in conjunction with nursing leadership & facility administrator
- Contacting & communicating with potential candidates via phone and/or text within 24 hours of their initial application
- Processing applications (reference checks, background checks, drug screens, physicals, license verification, all applicable releases and all other necessary and required documentation)
- Scheduling interviews, on-boarding & orientation for nursing staff
- Identifying & training qualified staff members for the role of preceptor with assistance & input from Nursing Leadership & Corporate Nurse Trainers.
