Physical Therapist - Coldspring of Campbell County

We need Full-Time Physical Therapists to join our Continuum Therapy Partners Team at Coldspring Transitional Care Center in Cold Spring, KY.

 As a Physical Therapist at Continuum Therapy Partners, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive physical therapy programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives by optimizing physical function, reducing pain, and improving overall quality of life. 

You'll Be Responsible For: 

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, & potential for improvement 
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessments, medical history, & physician recommendations
• Providing evidence-based physical therapy interventions to address patients' mobility, strength, balance, & coordination
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate & implement comprehensive care plans 
• Educating patients & their families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, & strategies for optimizing physical function
• Monitoring & document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes 
• Staying informed about advancements in physical therapy through continuous learning & professional development 
• Upholding ethical & professional standards in all interactions with patients, families, & colleagues

You'll Need To Have: 

• A Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical reasoning & problem-solving skills 
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills 
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate & patient-centered approach to therapy
