If so, you'll love working as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at Birchwood Care Center (a 75 bed long-term care facility) in Fairfield Township, OH.  We have immediate openings for STNAs on Day & Night Shifts.

State Tested Nurse Aide Pay Rate: $17 to $21.50 Per Hour - (based on licensure and experience)
PLUS we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!!

State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) are the foundation of great nursing care.  Today’s Nursing Assistants are tomorrow’s LPNs and RNs and Birchwood can help you start your healthcare career today!

You must have the flexibility to work every other weekend and holidays.

State Tested Nurse Aides Will Be Responsible For:

• Providing help to residents with daily hygiene activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Helping residents with positioning, turning, etc.
• Lifting and/or transporting residents
• Answering all resident calls in a timely manner
• Observing, reporting and responding to changes in resident conditions
• Attending required in-services and educational events
• Assisting residents with daily meals and feeding

State Tested Nurse Aides Will Need to Have:

• Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing
• Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) a plus
• Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
• A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
• Patience, understanding and compassion for those requiring our care
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holidays
