LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

We need Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Night Shift to join our team at Highlandspring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Care in Ft. Thomas, KY. We offer our the following in our facility:
- Pharmacy Ready Packs, NO Blister Packs
- In House Admission Nurses
- In House Wound Care
- In House Nurse Practitioner
LPN Pay Rate: $29 to $34 Per Hour, (based on LPN licensure and experience)
PLUS we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!!
Our Licensed Practical Nurses Be Responsible For:
- Providing direct LPN nursing care
- Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants
- Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident condition
- Attending required in-service trainings and educational events
Licensed Practical Nurses Will Need To Have:
- Current Kentucky LPN (Licensed Practical nurse) certification
- Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
- Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Solid work history as an LPN with excellent attendance and punctuality
- A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
